This contest is open to residence of Kearns only. The theme contest for the Kearns 1959 4th,of .July Founders Day festivities is being sponsored by the Kearns Junior Chamber of Commerce. The contest is open to residence of Kearns only. All entries must be postmarked not later than midnight May 3rd. Entries will be judged for thought, neatness and individuality. In the event of two or more identical themes the earliest postmark will be judged the winner. Jaycees and members of their families are not eligible.
