from serious defects detects defects which would render them unsuitable for use kise when subjected t to 0 the ordin ordinary ary accidents I 1 and exposure of military service the Board do not feel themselves ves veE c called ailed upon to e express x p ress the reasons for thib this opinion with reference to each of thear inSi nearly all af of them posses possess s essential qualities t les ies a of f precision reel boxi of firms at as great reat a aa ranae a as can be e required afred of s such eb arms aims arms but hut none of them combine with wilh this quality f the bl e requisite 1
