1 the grand procession will form at 71 1 and at half past 8 precisely will leave the ground under the direction of the marshal of the day I 1 col J C little and parade a portion of the city I 1 continuing its march to the residence of president I 1 young where with singing and addresses by I 1 the tha youths the president and suite will be received under a pioneer salute of 7 guns at which appointment of the great elvheim El and the sanction of the saints of the most high god an authority and priesthood which we have been taught will exist not only in time but in eternity and it in w
