ward saturday slay alay of old age having it been quite feeble for some time grandma jensen as she was known was as born in gjelland Sj elland lind denmark 88 years ago and when erastus snow john I 1 E forsgren and other elders brought the gospel plan to scandinavia in fit 1850 she was one of that noble little band who was ivas ready to accept the truth as presented by those humble elders in december 1852 when elder john E fors forsgren ren was ivas released to go home lie he was placed in charge of the first regular company of saints from scandinavia and djs jensen was one of that number efforts all of the pioneers of this city were intimately acquainted with her and loed her for the sterling qualities which she possessed |
