Clarence L. Palmer, presi dent Utah State CIO Council, an- nounced Saturday. Mrs. Heath was appointed to her post by Sander Janis, international vice president of the clothing workers, who visited the city during the week to confer with Mr. rainier and Frank Bonacci.
