or volunteers or state troops ot of any state or territory called nto io service serice and regularly mustered therein and whose services have bave beeri been paid by the united states I 1 shallie haip calp e entitled to receive e a certificate or warrant from the ile lle department artemek ai ft the I 1 interior herfor fon for one hundred and axt sixty acres p pt land and anywhere and where auy of thos those e who have been so mustered muster Unto into service and ind paid shall have received a certificate or warrant he bhail shall be entitled to a certificate or warrant rt f borsuch or such quantity of land as will make mate in the whole ath what he may have heretofore received one hundred and ad sixty acres to each beach such person having herred served berv e d a as s aio aforesaid provid provided the person irson so having been jn in service shall not receive said land warrant 4 it shall appear I 1 by the muster rills rolls of his regiment oi or corps that c he le desir deserted ted oi or was dishonorably discharged from service provided I 1 further that the benefits of this sect section ioli loil shall ba be held io to extend to wagon masters and teamsters who an may y have been employed under the direction of competent authority in time of wari war in the transportation of T ao scores r e s and aid supplies sec ec 2 and be it further enacted that in case of tha leath deith of aily auy any egon eson P person eaon who if living would be entitled to a certificate or warrant as aforesaid under this acty act leaving aglow a dow or ors ori it no widow a minor child or children such wid vid widow ow or it no widow such minor minor child or children shall ki be entitled to receive a certificate or warrant for th the e Y I 1 sauie saule same bame qua quantity entity of land that tha such deceased person would be d to receive under the provisions of this act ft now living provided that a subsequent marriage shall not ampa impal irtis ir arthe til
