Instructions sent to the various superintendents list the agenda for the meeting which includes songs, prayer, assignments and instructions from the general and stake boards, group and department subjects in teacher training, Gospel scholarship, .lesson enrichment and supervision and inspirational thoughts. A department is prepared Instructor each month to present material and suggestions for the department. No uniform plan is' suggested but provision is made in larger schools for grouping the teachers in three departments for the special subjects to be in-Th- e considered. It is explained that since the Faculty Meeting is a ward gathering, the Sunday School superintendent is in charge. However, he and his assistants may call any person, including stake board members residing in the ward, to assist in directing the meetings.
