Tho ordinance is 18 ILI it follows tollow Section the following rules and regulations are hereby established for or time the government and operation of street Jt railroads ads and shall bo be observed and complied compiled with b by ovoy person firm film company or corporation owning Or operating a street railroad within Salt Lako City and by the agents officers nail and ot of any such person firm company compan or corporation lIl shall be unlawful to 10 run a street car at n a greater rate ot of speed them than is herein provided to wit vIt t On train street State street and West Vest Temple street between the tho north line of South Temple street and the tho south BOuth line of Seventh South street the rate or of speed shall not exceed nine nino miles per I hour On nil other
