(Rita) Jenson, Max Wilkinson, Mrs. Betty W. Bruschke, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Dale W. (Jean) Lewis, Bountiful; Mrs. George V. (Myrla) Holley, Ogden; Bay J. and Jess F.
