Gibson, whe refused to produce records of the National Association for the Advancement of .Colored People for a Florida investigation committee. Gibson is president of the NAACPs Miami branch. His case will be beard at the next court term starting next October. Gibsons contempt comiction was upheld Dec. 19, 1960, by the Florida Supreme Court. He was sentenced to six months in Leon County Jail and fined $1,200, with an additional six months imprisonment if the fine went unpaid.
