Nothing flashy like Saturdays reports, but everyone seems to be catching a few inch rainbows. of those The boaters have been tak ing them, but the shoreline anglers are doing as well. The trout are, for the most part, taking worms and bait off the bottom, although a few fish can be seen flicking for flies shortly after da j light. An early, September 1, season will open m the Rattlesnake area located south of Casper along the Platte River. Several more areas will open in September. However, the majority of the deer hunts are scheduled for October. Three multiple deer seasons have been scheduled by the commission. A portion of the northeast hunting area lying north of Gillette will be open for the hunting of three deCr October 24 October 31.
