The top two are William Rich of Highland High School and Wayne Young of Provo High School. They share first place honors in the State Science Fair held Friday and Saturday at the University of Utah. William is the son of Mr. and Mis Joseph C. Rich, 2284 Kensington Ave. (1530 Soutni. His project was on the abundance of the elements. Wayne is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan W. Young of Piovo. His exhibit was on the bacteriological sensitivity of antibiotus.
