Capson Investment Co Salt Lake City, died Wednesday at 6:25 aJn. in a Salt Lake hospital after a heart attack. Mr. Capson, 68, 2126 E. 9th South, had served as president of the Salt Lake Real Estate Board and the Utah slate Realty Assn. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y faints. At the time of his death he was a member of the presidency of Monument Park First Ward ' Leo Capson High Priest quorum. Bracken Lee Wednesday asked the State Public Service Commis-sioto require Salt Lake City Lines to mark' buses used to transport school children with signs and flashing red lights. - Mayor Lee noted that removable signs ands automatic flashing lights which would not work when the signs are taken off the buses would be practical and would allow the buses to be used on regular runs when not carrying children to and from school.
