A student's research and findings uncover the amount of 'Real Food' served on campus Jenni Stokes Staff Reporter From Westminsters campus to celebrity campaigns, going green has become one ly of the biggest movements of the generation. The idea of switching from cars to bikes and flipping light switches off is constantly engrained into everyday life, on and off campus. Even the Meldrum Science Center achieved a Platinum LEED certification, the highest available rating for a sustainable building. The Real Food Calculator Chambers, a sustainability fellow, was awarded the Gore Research Summer Grant this past summer after attending the Real Food Challenge Southwest Summit in Arizona this past February.
