Yes, thats right; I am encouraging you to watch a movie that will actually make you think. At the heart of this film is the burning question: Why are Americans, including the two teens that shot up Columbine High school in 1999, so quick to resort to violence? Jason Long x ysss.-y.-- I Staff Writer i $f Wm The Westminster College Mens Soccer team dropped two out of three games at home this past weekend at the Westminster Invitational losing to Bellevue University and Albertson College of Idaho while beating Point Loma Nazarene University. e After starting a winning streak the previous .weekend, the Griffins were unable to keep it going as their overall record fell to 5 on the season. Westminster faced the Bellevue Bruins on Thursday as they tried to extend their winning streak to three. Westminster then faced National Association of Inner Collegiate Athletics Region I foe Albertson College on Saturday trying to finish out the Westminster Invitational with a win. They came up short as they trailed 2-- 0 at the half and were unable to get any closer in the second as the Griffins lost to the Coyotes 4-Nicolaides scored in the second half for the only tally for the Griffins. Despite 18 shots on goal, Westminster was unable to match the scoring from Albertson. The Griffins fell to 5 on the season with the loss. Despite losing two out of three at home, senior Brady Smith says he feels the team is playing well. Smith says, We just need to be more consistent. We have great players and I think it is starting to come 2-3-- -- 1. 1. 5-- together. Westminster continues its home stand current this weekend with games against California Baptist University and Menlo College. The Griffins take on Cal Baptist on Friday at 4 p.m. and Menlo on Saturday at 1 1 a.m. Westminster will also play an . exhibition match against Johnson & Wales University on Sunday at noon.
