The Dance Company season with Video begins its 1990-9- 1 Visions" on Friday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Capitol Theatre. Video Visions" is a stage performance, usinglive videoimages. It is an interesting combination of modem dance, video, music and lighting. This unique work gives an audience the excitement of .discovering an entirely new artistic plane (somewhere between reality and fantasy). Technical wizards should enjoy it as much as dance buffs. The equipment used in this number include two Panasonic 300 Ririe-Woodbu- ry three-dimension- al and Woodbury (co-artist- ic directors) choreograph most of the companys works. The dancers i n the company have had formal training that range from 10 to 20 years or more. This Salt Lake City-base- d company has received critical raves If youre thinking of taking the youngsters to a spook alley or haunted house this Halloween season, but youre a bit apprehensive because of the gory nature of most places in town, you might want to try the Halloween Tot Walk for young children at Wheeler Historic Farm. The children will see the Haunted Woods during the day which helps children distinguish fantasy from reality. The Tot Walk will be offered from Oct. 10 through 31. Hours are 5 p.m weekdays, Saturdays 12 noon to 5 p.m. Closed on Sundays. Tickets are available at the Ice House Museum Store. Wheeler Historic Farm is located at 6351 South 900 East in Salt Lake City.
