Photo Director Lou Perkins Whether or not you support President Reagan and his policies, there is one truly redeeming feature of his administration that we can all be thankful for: we know exactly when it will end. Thanks to the foresight of our founding fathers who wrote our timeless Constitution 200 years ago, a presidents term of office is set at precisely four years, with now limited by provision for amendment to one additional term. Even the most vehement opponents of a particular president know they will have a chance to choose a new chief executive every fourth year on the first Tuesday in November. The contrast of communist regimes could hardly be greater. It makes one wonder how g apologists among us willing the would be to put up with leaders of any kind who cling to power for as long as most of the communist dictators do.
