Buff will be geologist for the Price River Resource Area, the northern third of Emery County and Carbon County. Buff attended school at Union College, Upsula College, and MacKay School of Mines, University of Nevada, Reno. He has a B.S. degree from Upsal College in geology and an M.S. in geology from MacKay School of Mines. Joining him is his wife, Judi, and their daughter, Sarah.
