The talented Dino senior is not the defending champion in his weight for the region, however, he should have a good shot at winning the title this year. Scott Rupp, the Uintah ace who took this weight the last two years, has moved up to the 132 pound classification this defending regional and state champions and 3-- A undefeated in team match competition this season.
