If tar on the roof was the culprit In spreading the flames, it is time for public governing boards to their thinking in regards to new buildings. It is time to question the architects and their seemingly mania for designing flat roof buildings in our area. This type of construction leads to a leaking roof. Once this situation develops it means tar and more tar on the roof. The Carbon School District Board, in special session Sunday, engaged the same architects to plan a new building. Board members would do well to take a long hard look at what they come up with. Price custodian Richard Koncher and various members of the American Legion.
