Utah damages in auto mishap An eight-ma- n district court jury on April 27, after two days of hearing testimony, awarded damages in favor of Tadesse Beyene, Peace Corps instructor in the Ethiopian language at the University of Utah, against Carl Chidester of Helper. Mr. Beyene complained that Mr. Chidester had negligently driven a vehicle causing it to collide with one driven by Mr. Beyene resulting in back injuries to the plaintiff.
