Williams will celebrate their golden wedding August 7. A family dinner will be served at Crest Cafe at five oclock, and the couple will then receive guests at Carbon Stake Center in Price from 7:30 to 10:00 oclock. The Williams have had ten children. Seven of these are living and are Mrs. Oscar (Genevieve) Robertson, Burley, Idaho; Mrs. LeRoy (Fern) Fausett, Price; Mrs. Morgan (Hope) Pitts, San Bruno, California; Mrs. Jack (Joyce) Chiret-ta- , Price; Mrs. Lewis (Tina) Chia-rett- a, Price; Russell D. Williams, Salt Lake City; and Claud K. Williams, Whittier, California. They also have 23 grandchildren and two Mr. Williams began a teaching career in Emery County in 1915. In 1925 the family moved to Carbon County, and to Price in 1933, where the children attended high school and college. Mr. Williams retired from teaching in 1959. At that time he was principal of Harding - Central School. Mrs. Williams retired in 1960, after spending 13 years with the Carbon school lunch program. Mr. Williams is serving his third term in the State Legislature. During sessions of the legislature, he and Mrs. Williams have spent winters in Salt Lake City.
