A Wellington Woman Honored on Eightieth Birthday Mrs. Margaret Ann Worley, affectionately known as "Aunt Annie" to many of her Wellington friends, was honored by her family and associates on the occasion of her eightieth birthday anniversary Saturday, August 2, at a party held in the Price park. All of her living children as well as many of her grandchildren and and friends gathered to spend an afternoon of visiting, reminiscing, picnicking and fun. Mrs. Worley is one of the earlier pioneers of Wellington, having come here in 1898 to make her home. She was bom in Holden, Millard county, August 2, 1878, a daughter of William and Mary Ann Mathews Turner. In 1893 she was married in Woodside, Emery county, to Frederick Houtz Worley. Two of their six children were born there before they moved to Sunnyside where they lived until 1898 before making their home in Wellington. Their eldest great-grandchildr- son, Neldon Worley, was killed in the first World War and their other five living children include Mrs. Mary Sibert of Grand Junction, Colorado; Mrs. Thelma Pierce and Collier Worley of Wellington, Mrs. Ina Sibert and Mrs. Neldeans Simpson of Salt Lake City. During her life here Mrs. Worley has made a host of friends. She has worked in the Relief Society and various other auxiliary organizations of the L. D. S. church, and is also at present a member of the Wellington camp of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
