When his leave is over, he will continue enroute to Baltimore, Maryland, where he will take further traini- NOTICES G JOINT RESOLUTION TO AMEND SECTIONS 2, 3 AND 4 OF ARTICLE IX OF THE CONSTITUTION OF UTAH BY CHANGING THE CONSTITUTION OF THE LEGISLATURE MAKING EACH COUNTY OF THE STATE A SENATORIAL DISTRICT, BY REAPPORTIONING REPRESENTATIVES AMONG THE SEVERAL COUNTIES OF THE STATE ACCORDING TO THE 1950 CENSUS, AND BY AUTHORIZING THE LEGISLATURE TO DECREASE AS WELL AS INCREASE THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES. Be it resolved by the legislature of the State of Utah, of all members elected to each house concurring therein: Section 1. It is proposed to amend Secs. 2, 3 and 4 of Article IX of the Constitution of Utah to rend: v Section 2. The Legislature shall provide by law for an enumeration of the inhabitants of the State, A.
