Show THE Page Eight June For last month is Marine Enlistments Intermountain area Marine corps recruiting headquarters in Salt Lake City today announced that this is the last month for area men to take advantage of the two-yeactive duty plan of the corps. This two-yemarine corps active duty plan will be discontinued throughout the United States on June 30. Beginning July 1, the marine corps will accept enlistments for three and four year terms of sor vice only. Present legislation requires men to register for selective service, and if these men are selected they s face obligated military Service. At least two of those years must be performed as active duty. "Men enlisting in the marine corps now', said Captain W. F.
