Show Thursday, August 28, 1952 THE Happenings of Note from Spring Canyon PCount of Married (Crowded Out Last Week) Mr. and Mrs. Howard Perkins, manager of the Spring Canyon store, left Saturday for a two-weevacation at Lake Charles, Louisiana, with their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Max Perkins. Darken Blackburn will return with her parents. She has spent the summer at Lake Charles. Carrol and Lela Perkins are visiting Salt Lake City with their sister, Mrs. Donna Mantle, while their parents are away. Week end visitors in Ferron were: Mr. and Mrs. Arlin Dyches and Verdis. They visited at the Orlando Warham home. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Wall and family and Mr. and Mrs. Orval Wall and family along with Myr-n- a Bradsharw and Kaye Bunks, attended the Wail family reunion, Sunday in Midway. Phyllis and Barbara Filmore returned with the Walls for a short visit. The Mario Tonels and the. Lew- - is Timothys spent the week end at Moon Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Mills and Gary spent the week end visiting in Sunnydale at the home of Mrs. 'Mills parents, Mr. and Mrs. Page Three SUN-ADVOCA- Wellington Second Ward Guides are Graduated from Primary Four Guides of the Wellington Second ward Primary association were graduated from that auxiliary organization on Sunday evening in connection with the sacramental services. The boys so honored were Elbert Bitton, son of Mr. and 'Mrs. William E. Bit-to- n, Robert Golding, son of Mr, and Mrs. LaVell Golding; LaVern Garlick, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vearl Garlick, and Jay Allen Wilder, son of Mrs. Bertha Wilder. The boys were presented by their Primary teacher, Mrs. Althea Beag-le- y, to the Primary superintendent, Mrs. Maude Powell who .presented them with their graduation certificates, and also gave each boy a new Book of Mormon, with the congratulations of the Primary. Bishop Lorenzo E. Peterson then congratulated the boys and presented them to the MIA superintendent, Bernard L. Other speakers hi the sacramental services were Joe Walton of Ogden, who has been spending the week end here, together with his young son, Joseph, at the home of Mr and Mrs William E. She will enter the mission home in Salt Lake City on September 8.
