The conference was opened with an address by Governor Lee, who called upon the people of Utah to carry through to the end all of the valid suggestions, recommendations, and resolutions of the conference. He said too often we 'become disturbed, hold meetings, come up with programs, and then simply let nature take its course, We must not permit tendance. such a thing to occur this time. , As a result of the sectional Emphasizing the extreme importance of proper enforcement meetings held during afternoon all along the line in traffic safe- sessions, specific recommendaty, Mr. Campbell bluntly stated tions and resolutions to outline that Utahs performance in this an action program were submit- - lLewis9 ference, as follows: 1.
