Only those classes W'hich have at least 15 students enrolled will be offered dunng the summer session. Right now, Dr. Jones stated, it appears that the demand will be principally in the fields of shop and related courses, but there is no reason Why other classes can not be held if there is a demand for them, There seems to be no question that h.gh senool graduates may begin their freshman year during the summer session and be able to take the college nullification test on June 16 or June 30. It should be remembered that it is likely that freshmen who begin college in June will reach the end of their academic jear at the end of the winter quarter, or about March 1, rather than at the end of the spring quarter, but there is nothing definite about this question at the present time, Dr. Jones stated. The charges for the summer session will be $27.00 for tuition and $10 for registration fee. Any student who has paid a registration fee this school year will not have to pay it again during the school year 1951-5- 2. Registration fees are collected only once each year. Tuition fees are charged every quarter. Veterans who enroll under the GI benefits program will have their fees and books paid for by the government as in other quarters of the school basis. Accoiding to the law, veterans who are not enrolled ptevious to July 25, 1951, will lose their benefits which have been piovided by the government under the guidance of the VeterWo have ans Administration. previously advertwd that our spnng quarter would be the last opportunity fur veteians, but at that time we did not have hopes of being able to opciuo a summer 't s ion," Dr. Junes stated. a full-ti- Castle Gate Youth Injured in Car-B- Accident us In Emery County The combined Maleodian and Ladrioctte choruses of Carbon college, directed by Apollo Hansen, presented a benefit concert for a new LDS church house on Monday evening, May 7, at Castle Dale.
