The nurses scholarship was awarded by the state association to Miss Beverly Cox of Salt Lake City and former resident of Wellington. The newly elected state officers were installed at the luncheon at the Country club that afternoon. Mrs. Antone Dupin, general chairman of the ladies acav-ltie- s, greeted the 200 guests graciously as they took their places around the tables and introduced Mrs. Howard Hanks, charming toastmisa-esof the luncheon. Top musical entertainment was furnished by Mrs. E. K. Olson, vocal selections by Lloyd Perigo, Cal Jewkes and Gerald Anderson, trombone trio and vocal numbers. Mrs. Ruth Bernardi, retiring state director, conducted the installation of the new officers. Mrs. Fred Reynolds was the installing usher and Mrs. Tom Lamph the installing chaplain. Installed as president for the coming year was Mrs. Ralph Adams, Cedar Ci.y; Mrs. Antone Dupin was installed first vice president; Mrs. Frank Gilbert, Salt Lake City, second vice president; Mrs. Henry Fryer, Ogden, treasurer; Mrs. Thomas Sullivan, Park City, auditor; Mrs. William Beazer, Provo, historian; Mrs. Howard Arns, Cedar City, secretary; Mrs. Arthur Oison, Salt Lake City, parliamentarian; Mrs. Thomas, retiring SPORT OR president, director.
