Cleary, manager of the Cornet store, specifically states that the two women did wilfully and unlawfully steal, take and carry away from the possession of the Cornet store goods and chattels of the value of less than $50, the same being then and 75, longtime Price resident, died Tuesday afternoon at the Price city hospital following a short illness. She was born on May 4, 1873, at Kanosh, a daughter of Charles and Mary Eveline Lott Robinson. Her early life was spent at Monroe and on June 24, 1893, she married Thomas Miles Pitts at Richfield. They moved to Myton in 1909, homesteading there with the earliest settlers, and in 1920 they moved to Price. Her husband died in 1936 in Price. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. Survivors include two sons, Thomas V. Pitts, Carbonville, and Doyle R. Pitts, Price; two daughters, Mrs. Ila Augeres and Mrs. Mattie Fisk, Aberdeen, Washington; two sisters, Mrs. Scott Hickey, Bishop, California, and Mrs. Joseph Johnson, McGill, Nevada; one brother, Lester Robison, Salt Lake City, 21 grandchildren and there the personal property of the Cornet store. The arraignment of the two defendants has been set for Monday at 2:00 p. m. Among the four is Virginia Thomas Klapa-kidaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Thomas of Price. Mrs. Klapakis was the May Queen at Westminster last year and is a candidate for a degree in June with a teaching major.
