Show THE Page Eight Criminal and civil matters handled by the Price city court during the month of October fell below the number handled during the previous month, a check of the records revealed today. As a result, the reciepts of the court also showed a decrease from the month of September. In the state traffic division, only eight cases were brought before the court as compared to 10 for September and 21 for October of last year. Price city criminal matters totaled nine of which two were drunl, drivers as compared to 25 for September and 18 for October of '1940. State criminal matters showed the least decrease with 21 cases recorded in October as compared to 22 during the previous montn. Only 12 cases were heard during the same month last year. Civil matters were down to 16 for October from the 25 heard in September. During October of 1946 only seven civil matters HI!
