Sale of the mine property at that camp is the issue involved. Following the advertising of the property as being for sale there were two bids submitted, one in the amount of $8,500 cash by Harry Dra-ga- tis and Charles Georgides of Price, and the other $10,000, by the Hudson Coal company, the firm which has been operating the property during recent months. Judge Clarence E. Baker of the Sale Lake district court ordered sale of the property to the Hudson Coal company, but the Carbon county bidders maintained that the property was advertised to be sold on a basis of full cash payment.
