Public Health Service engineer, a survey of the Millerton Dairy milk plant was made November 10, 1937 . The result of this survey is tabulated and a score is made, giving them a rating of 99 per cent. A bacterial plate count of a sample of milk was also taken and made by the survey officer, which indicates a count of 9,000 bacteria per cubic centimeter. They have met the requirements, according to Carbon County Milk Ordinance, with refrence to necessary equipment, sanitation , etc., and a permit for the production of A grade Raw Milk has been given them.
