The postmaster also urged that care be taken in wrapping and addressing packages, cautioning senders to write in a return address on each parcel sent. If a tag is used the address and return card should also be written on the wrapper of 2 package, for use if the tag is lost. A request that shopping and mailing be done as early as possible in order to relieve the post office of much of the trouble of a last minute rush was also made by Mr. Walters. John C.
