ONLY 3 COUPLES GET LICENSES SO FAR IN OCTOBER Tis said that the romantic peo-gmarried in June, or in other spring months when a young mans fancy lightly turns to what the fairer sex has been thinking about all winter. According to records in the county clerks office, one of two conclusions is reasonable: That said belief is all wet; or that there are few practical-minde- d persons left. At any rate, only three marriage licenses were issued during the first week of October, these being obtained as follows: October 4, Kenneth A. Powell, 23, of Price and Dorothy Gentry, 19, Sweet Mine; October 2. Oppoeher, 30, and Sylvia Etta Felice. 22, both of Price; October 1, John Harold Burton, Spring Glen, and Edna Sophie Watson, 21, of Kenilworth.
