With all of the family here, they held their annual family reunion alo Hay Bennett. on of Mr. and Mrs Wayne Bennett, was hopitaltzed this lat week in the Sevier Valley hospital due to bums he received in an accident at his home last Sunday. We alt hope for a speedy recovery. Hay, and that you will soon be able to return home. Mr and Mrs. Earle Severance and two of their children from Sandy brought Sunday dinner dow n with them and visited with Mr. and Mrs. Venoy Curtis on Sunday. Al Peterson had surgery last Monday at the Utah Valley Hospital in Provo. He returned home on Thursday. Visiting them on Sunday were Al s brother and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Verle Draper, Center-field- , and his sister, Lela Anderson, Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Carol Shaw and their granddaughter, Jamie Shaw, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Shaw and Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Mason all recently returned from a week's vacation in Hawaii. They first enjoyed a tour of San Francisco as an added treat because of plane repair delays. When they finally arrived in Hawaii, they spent a couple of days in Maui, then traveled on to Honolulu, where they enjoyed the rest of the week. They u visited the Polynesian Center, toured Pearl Harbor, had fun at the beaches and shopped at the International Marked Place in Honolulu. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Tuft and their oldest son, Travis, traveled to Salt Lake City over the weekend to visit with Bert's brother, Ralph Tuft from Wyoming, who is in the University of Utah Medical Center from injuries he received in a car accident. They also visited with Berts other brother and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Tuft of Sandy. Cub scouts in both of the Aurora Wards enjoyed a day camp held at the Salina City Park this past week. The Bears and W'olves cub scouts held their camp on Tuesday, June 18th and the W'ebelos held their camp on Friday, June 21st. Mr. and Mrs. Ordell Hunt, Huntsville, Utah and Mr. and Mrs. Morley Hamblin, Roosevelt, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Herald Curtis last week. Tracie Bennett and Georgia Johnson returned home on Monday after spending three weeks on a Church History trip. They traveled through many states, enjoying such sights as the Sacred Grove, the Hill Cumorah, the Statue of Liberty, the Washington D.C. Temple.
