An Easy Way to Make Salad Dressing.- Take one egg, two tablespoonf fuls of sugar, one and of salt, two tablespoonfuls of a teaspoonof mustard, ful of paprika, cupful of s of a cupful of vinegar, vegetable oil, one cupful of cold water, and four tnblespoonfuls of cornstarch. Put the egg, seasoning, sugar and vinegar with the oil into a mixing bowl, but do not stir. Make a paste of the cornstarch and a little water, then add the rest of the cupful ; cook until the cornstarch Is well cooked, stirring constantly, then add the hot mixture to the bowl and bat well with an egg beater until thick. Cool before using. This dressing is especially good with any vegetable combination, for a luncheon salad. Club Omelet. This Is quite unusual and one which will be found to be very popular. Prepare three omelets of two eggs each as usual. Spread the first with the dressing above or any boiled dressing, cover with thinly sliced' .'old chicken, dill pickles and seasoning.
