INSPECTOR VISITS Clinton Kjur, district agriculture inspector of Richfield, was in Salina Tuesday on an official visit. Mr. Kjar was here primarily to advise relative to the rodent control project. Miss Jewel registered Monday at the B. Y. U. for the last semester. Mr. and Mrs. Willardson visited in Salt Lake and returned to conditions arose. Salina Wednesday. George Bowman, superintendent of the Utah Construction Company for the Salina canyon project, was here last week looking after business matters pertaining to the closing of construction work in the canyon for the winter. Mr. Bowman returned to Ogden Monday. PARTY AT SHEPHERD HOME , Herbert Greenleaf, manager at the Western Clay & Metal companys plant at Aurora, and who, with Mrs. Greenleaf spent the holiday season in California, returned from the coast Wednesday of last week.
