Sunday the visiting apostle gave two addresses and he featured the importance of having real homes. He showed the influence of the inspiration and spirit of happiness in the homes and admonished his hearers to make the home joyful by conditions that make contentment. The speaker also stressed upon the importance of paying tithing and urged the church members to do their duty in this respect. At the business sessions reports were made by the several bishops and ward officers and each bishop gave a brief address. The Aurora ward choir furnished the music at all these meetings and was directed by J. C. Jenson of the Salina Second ward.
