Structure, maintenance and cost of building , is much less and skilled labor is not required, he said. Hard surface roads, continued Mr. Finch, require exeit3 and this additional cost on the project would be an item. He stated that material could be had in Sevier River canyon that would be ideal for building the type of road advocated by the federal government. This fact w'ould be an additional saving to the taxpayers and would give a good, substantial road. Following Mr. Finchs remarks, round-tabldiscussions were held and for an hour the visitors were show-re- d with interrogations relative to surface roads and the mahard the cadam type. The visitors left for Richfield yesterday, going with the County Commissioners. Some forty attended the banquet meeting and the Salina were strong in their of any attempt to force a macadam road when the citizens vot-;- d strongly for the hard surface. e es $ RESOURCES Loans and Discounts Overdrafts U.
