For several months, Mrs. Martin has worn a corrective shoe, and used a crutch, attempting to correct a bone condition in the hip. a Mrs. Allen Williams, member of the clerical force at the First State Bank, returned Sunday from her annual vacation, spent visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Jones Sr. in San Diego, Calif. She was accompanied by her children, Heber and Janet. Vacationing with the family were Earl Hardy of the U.S. Navy, who had returned from service in Hawaii and Guam, and who is transferred to Corpus Christi Naval Air Station, Texas.
