James Sorensen won decision over Stanton. by a James slipped in under for a takedown. Stanton escaped in the second stanza, and Sorensen quickly reversed and that was the story, Sorensen still determined and quick. Getting smarter with each outing. State Champion Kelly did it again. Kelly is like breakfast, dinner, and supper. If one thing doesn't work, he quickly moves to something tougher. Kelly had the takedown hustled to a cradle and a near pin. Fuller escaped. Kelly dropped in again, shot the half and had a pin. Wrestling with so much finesse and desire. Mike Anderson was superior all the way, but Mr. King, from Piute, just wouldnt give the Mike had the pin. Mike won takedown. Lost an escape and quickly had another. Wolf Mike cinched up a half and a deep crotch but had to settle for a N.P. In the third from bottom, Mike reversed and had a near pin at the buzzer. Mr. Wolf Cosby and Shaw won by forfeits. Mr. Torgersons score was 14-over Stanton of Piute. It was similar to a brawl. Kevin did everything but the dishes in Piute, but settled for a major decision. In his hurry, this Wolf nearly lost a match. Trying to force the issue, riding high and found himself in a proverbial mess. Saved by the bell. Confucious says, He who hurries without thinking finds self in cradle and put to sleep. Good to see Mr. Wolf Harvey back in the winning ways. Been laid up with a bad shoulder, but is purring along now. Won by a pin over Thunderbird King. A little out of condition, a little rusty, but by tournament time will be wheeling and dealing as he can. Real great to have you back, Wolf Miller. Wolf Hales just Winning couldnt cinch things up for a pin. This sophomore wrestled a sophomore and looked impressive all the way. We will see lots of this Wolf in the future. Point: Every Wolf who won, except one, got the takedown. The Wolves are sharp here and thats where you win when the going gets tough. Brett Shaw is coming of age -in wrestling, that is. Tougher than a bull elk. Won over Burr from Piute. Brett likes the double arm bar and is 190, Page 22, 4 JJ 529-718- AM1P1 50 So.
