Salina City Council Mulls Problems Of Concern At the regular City Council meeting held Monday night, March 17th, several property owners along the Salina con- necter road and the Interchange attended the meeting at the invitation of Mayor Courtney Larsen. They discussed financing of the sewer line to the Interchange. The Mayor gave a rundown of what has been done to date. Mayor Larsen said the additional funds could come through bonding, tax anticipation, or special assessment district. The Mayor appointed Earlin Jensen, Vernal Christensen and Maurice Rasmussen as an Equalization Board to take care of the final assessment for the Special Assessment Districts. Councilman Rasmussen made a motion that an Assessment List be prepared and mailed to those concerned. This passed.
