The money would be used for drinking water, disposalfacilities and toilets to be Installed before the opening of fishing season. At the present time, there are no facilities available. Funds amounting to $50,000 have already been appropriated but would not be released until August for project construction. This would be too late to do any good for fishing season this year. Mr. Washburn also contacted the Bureau of Land Management and they have agreed to help with the early projects. The Appropriations Committee accepted and approved Mr. 'Washburns proposal.
