TRIPLE MEAT LOAF Makes 3 small meat loaves Vz lb. ground beef cup quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked 1 tablespoon instant minced onion 1 teaspoon salt Yu teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1 egg, beaten One can mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional) Yz cup tomato juice Heat oven to moderate (350F.). Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts. Shape each part to form a meat loaf about V2 inches high and about 6 inches long.
