Those participating from Aurora were Eva Lynn Huntsman, Kim Durfee, Shelly Brown and Wendy Willden. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Bastian and daughter, Marena Beth were in Provo over the weekend. Weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Curtlswas their son Wendell who is attending college at Utah State University in Logan and his cousin, Paul Curtis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Garth Visiting at the home of Mrs. Reta Sorenson last Wednesday was her cousin and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Stevens of Founded 1885 Association 529-324- cousin. Guests at the home of Leland Nalders over the weekend were Mr. Nalders brother and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Nalder and their son, Jason and Sterling from East Layton. wore street-lenggowns of dark lavender bonded crepe. Their flowers were pink and white chrysanthemums. Mrs. Wiliams and Mrs. Wles wore street -- length dresses of th pink crepe. Max Larson served as best man. Mr. and Mrs. Randy Tuft ' The Salina First Ward Relief Society room was the setting for the September 26th wedding of Miss Sandy Wiliams and Randy Tuft. Bishop Stanley Barrett officiated at the marriage ceremony. They were feted at a wedding dinner that afternoon at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Williams. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wles, Gunnison. Following the ceremony the couple greeted friends and relatives at a reception in the First Ward Cultural Hall. The bride chose a gown of lace over satin with scoop neckline and long sleeves. Her tiered shoulder length veil of soft silk illusion was held in place with an array of silk petals. She carried pink Mrs. Max Larson, Frankie Miller and Mrs. Kay Lynn Wiliams. Flower girls were Julie Christensen and Belinda Larsen. They JoAnn Williams was at the guest book. Iris Casto, Sandra Sorenson and Terria Harward were at the gift tables assisted by Chris Wiliams and Chet Tuft. Leisa Wiliams, Melree Sorenson, Deneen Sorensen, Bobby Ann Malmgren and Loretta Peterson served refreshments. They honeymooned in Southern Utah and are now at home in Salina where Mr. Tuft Is employed at the Salina Equipment Company. Curtis, Murray. Visitors at the home of Mr.and Mrs. Lynford Taylor over the weekend were his brother andhis wife, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Taylor of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Mason went to Springville Sunday to visit their daughter and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Bryce Anderson (formerly LaRae Everett) and family and to attend sacrament meeting with them to have their new baby son given a name and blessing. He was named Phillip Earl. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Huntsman have returned to school at Southern Utah State in Cedar City after spending the past two months here on summer vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Lyn Christensen (formerly Monica Durfee) moved to Cedar City this week where they will both attend college at Southern Utah State this next year. Miss Teresa Taylor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn Taylor of Loa spent Sunday visiting with Mr. and Mrs. EvanHuntsmanand family. Jack Shiner and sons were in Salt Lake City Saturday and Sunday visiting his wife, Maxine who is in the University Hospital receiving medical treatment. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Sorenson for Sunday dinner were Mr. and Mrs. Glen Lewis (formerly Sheila Sorenson). Brock Madsen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gall Madsen of Richfield spent the weekend visiting with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Sorenson. Overnight visitors at the home of Mrs. Ila Shepherd Wednesday was her son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. A1 Shepherd from St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Freeman went to Provo Saturday to visit his mother, Mrs. Effle Freeman who was injured in an automobile accident and Ishospitalizedinthe Utah Valley Hospital. Roy Cooper was here visiting with his mother, Mrs. Flora Cooper for a few days last week. Larry Spencer was in Richfield Sunday to attend a Youth Planning Meeting. He is a committee member for the Youth Conference that will be held in the near future. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Sullivan (formerly Annette Valleau) and son of Cedar City, spent the weekend visiting with her parents Mr. and Mrs. William Palmer and family. Mr. and Mrs. Rae Kennard (formerly Nancy Valleau) have moved to Durham, North Carolina where Mr. Kennard is attending Law School. Weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Barney were Mr. and Mrs. DeloyConder and family from Spanish Fork. Mark Colby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michel Colby had a toneil-ectoMonday morning at the Gunnison Valley Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Kukendall from Amarillo, Texas, who have purchased the Homer Mason home are here to spend two weeks. They plan to move here permanently as soon as Mr. Kukendall retires. The Relief Society held their opening social, Tuesday morning at 10:00 in the recreation hall.
