While in Idaho Falls Mr. and Mrs. Conley visited with Mrs. Melvin Gibbs who is hospitalized and with Mr. and Mrs. A1 Gunderson and family. After spending one week at his home here, Glen Morris was returned to the University of Utah Medical center in Salt Lake City last week. He was , r accompanied by his wife and daughter, Sherma Parker, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Morris and Mrs. and Mrs. Devere Harris, Bishop Douglas Gibbs and Josh Hawks. He is reportedly suffering much paid and discomfort. His wife and family members have been with him constantly. Mr, and Mrs. Virgil Harris ' visited at the McKay hospital in , Ogden with James Pettingill , Friday. Pettingill, a Hill Field employee, his wife and three children of Kaysville have lived in Iran for the past 18 months. He suffered a severe heart attack and was flown to Ogden last week. His wife and children will arrive this week. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell C. Hall, Mrs. Thelma D. Gibbs and grandson, Darron Gibbs attend ed sacrament meeting at Logan Sunday evening in the interest of elder Gary Stevenson, son of ' Evan and Vera Jean Stevenson LDS who has served a two-yeJapanese mission. He was the speaker at the meeting. They were among those who were luncheon guests at the Steven- - son home following the meeting. Was Guest Mrs. Wendell C. Hall was the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Don Bowen and family of Ogden , Wednesday and Thursday. Maude R. Harris accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Gleed of Malad to Ogden Wednesday where they visited with Lonny Gleed and Mr. and Mrs. Todd Taylor and in Salt Lake City with Mr. and Mrs. Lon T. Williams and daughter, Angela Dawn. Sherma Parker left Sunday for her home in Longmont, Colo., after spending the past two weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Morris and other relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Morris were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Thayne Hupp and family of Hansel Valley Sunday. They attended sacrament meeting at Curlew ward that evening. Mrs. Earl Henry, son James, Elder Kent Thomas and Mrs. Edith Shepherd of West Fielding attended sacrament meeting at Paradise Sunday morning in the interest of Elder David Shepard who was a speaker. Elder Shepard recently returned from the Florida-St- . Lauderdale LDS mission. He and Elder Thomas were missionary companions. Mrs. Woodrow Clark and son Ronald spent the weekend in Ogden with their daughters and sisters, Kathy DeGroot and Jean Koford and their husbands and families. Vaughn Morris, a student at Utah Vocational Tech, school in Salt Lake City, spent the weekend at his home here. - ar Called to Logan Mr, and Mrs. Devere Harris were called to Logan Sunday morning due to the illness of their daughter, Mrs. Glen (Donna) Cobia. Mrs..Cobia underwent an appendectomy during the day. Mrs. Gibbs Allen visited in Malad Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wm P. Jones and with Mrs. Mary Wight. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Kimber and son of Grantsville were Sunday guests of their son-in- -' law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Neal Evans of the Peterson farm in Washakie. Wynn John visited the mortuary in Hyrum ' Monday evening in respect to Keith Brogh, the victim of a helicopter crash.
