The quilts on display during January will include antique quilts, many with historical value to the area, bicentennial theme quilts, and contemporary design quilts. This year a prize is offered for the quilt that best expresses the Bicentennial theme. Included in the display will be a Utah state quilt made, by Bergetta Grant of Brigham City, featuring the state capitol d building on a white center of showcase satin, surrounded by a royal blue border appliqued with seagulls and sego lilies of the makers design.
