Show 14 New quilt BOX ELDER JOURNAL, Brigham City, Utah Thursday, April 25, 1974 Woman wins MRAU raffle A lovely quilt, made by Mrs. Mark Spence of Garland and Mrs. Glenn Hess of Deweyville, was raffled off at a drawing held Friday night. Mrs. Monette Welling of Fielding, was the winner. The occasion was a meeting of the MRAU (Mental Retardation Association of Utah) held at the Junior High school at 7:30 troduced his officers as follows: 1st Vice Chairman Reginald Brough of Tremonton; 2nd Vice Chairman Fred Clark and 3rd Claude Vice Chairman Joscelyn, both of Brigham City; Mrs. and Secretary-Treasure- r Stewart Van Deusen, Jr. also of Brigham City. The meeting was adjourned and refreshments were served. p m. Laird Stringham, chairman, discussed some of the aims of the local chapter in connection with meeting the needs of retarded persons in Box Elder county.
