Moving has to be one of the worse ways of getting from one place to another. My wife Jan and started to out plans a week before map moving, just to be organized. It didn't work out. A day before we rented the trailer everything was If you I still a mess. Of course yours truly was selected to go around to all the grocery stores and collect cardboard boxes for the packing. A person in the process of moving can be spotted easily as he squeezes through the store doors carrying ten large cardboard boxes. We had everything packed when we got the trailer but there always seems to be more. A good way for the Internal Revenue Service to measure a family's wealth for income taxes would be to measure the size trailer thev use for moving. We used one about 5 by 8'. Another thing that is hard Labrador to move is a Hickory" retriever. Our dog (named offer a brand of tobacco) was a nervous wreck. He lost 4 pounds. Mr. Z counldn't fit the dog house in the trailer and it had to be disassembled. This took the cake. Poor Hickory just looked at me in amazement as knocked 70-poun- his house apart. Moving furniture, clothing, and other articles isn't the only phase of moving. A person has to change bank accounts, telephone numbers, turn off the electricity and gas, turn it back on in the new place, notify the post office of ah address change and scores of other things. So if you get a chance not to move, take it. Some people shouldn't be allowed to go hunting and handle a gun. Yours truly and a friend set up some decoys near Willard Bay Sunday, and our luck wasn't so good. Mr. Z shot his first duck of the season but aside from that everything was slow. About 9 a.m. a boat filled three hunters hunters went by and they set up about 300 yards away. After an hour and things still slow, we suddenly heard a burst of shots. It so happens our three friends were having target practice. They had a ball blasting anything in sight. Some people don't have any consideration for the other guy. These adults (who don't deserve the label) were situated between several groups of hunters who were trying to hunt. Several flights of ducks were heading in our direction and would have been pretty good shots - only due to our gun happy friends the hunt was ruined for everyone. This type of hunter should decide whether he wants to hunt or just shoot before he takes to the field. Thanksgiving is a nice holFamilies get together for iday. dinner and give thanks for all they have. Mr. Z hopes everyone will have a happy Thanksgiving. HEATING - DRIVE IN IN CAR HEATERS 11 Says Movie Educational - Editor: "To educate" j . . . , broad term and means many things to many people, and in this letter I am using the term as it applies to one aspect of a person's education. That being sex education by means of is a commercial movies. The thing that alarms me is the fact that many movies being shown today are "way out, They have no plot, filming is with sex and the advertisement draws a spectator audience; usually the young, even though the movie is advertised: 'Tor Adults Only. The resulting comments from such movies are usually the same: "Stupid, "Disgusting, "A poor movie, "Sexy, etc; yet these movies are still being produced and shown. The end result therefore becomes a "mind-set- ; in other words people react to film advertising the way their moral code has been conditioned to react. This in, and of itself is unfortunate because it tends to limit a persons knowledge necessary in making intelligent choices. For who would want to see a movie advertised as being 'Tor Adults Only; telling "the intimate story of a young girl. A movie where you can "see the actual moment of conception the complete birth of a baby. A movie where "parents, because of certain revealing scenes" should see the movie first. For many this is too much; that "the movie isn't for me or my children, especially my teenagers." If this is the case it's too bad; for such is not the case. The case being that the movie so advertised and shown in one of Brigham City's theaters, this past week should be considered as being educational, informative, a documentary film of enlightment for parents, educators, religious leaders, newly married couples, and teenagers who are chapronecl by their parents. Seeing this movie (documentary) may give answers to sex education cjuestions never answered by parents of young children and teenagers, and yet if unanswered will be answered some clay, some way, but will they be correct? The point I'm making is that good, educational and-o- r documentary movies, such as the one mentioned above, should receive correct advertising and not the distorted advertising used to draw an audover-loade- It is hoped therefore that advertising media be made aware of good, educational and informative movies and advertise accordingly.
